• Conduct fraud or identity theft.
• Harvest personal information without authorization.
• Automate abusive or deceptive activities.
• Bypass rate limits or usage restrictions.
• Create fake accounts for abusive purposes.

Fimaflow provides AI-powered development features.

You must not use AI features to:

• Generate malicious software.
• Create phishing content.
• Produce deceptive or fraudulent material.
• Circumvent security protections.
• Generate content intended to facilitate cybercrime.
• Automate harmful activities.

Users remain responsible for all content generated using AI features.

You must respect the intellectual property rights of others.

You may not:

• Upload content you do not have permission to use.
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
• Remove ownership notices from software or documentation.

You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, store, or share using Fimaflow.

Content must not:

• Violate applicable laws.
• Infringe the rights of others.
• Contain malware or malicious code.
• Promote fraud or illegal activity.
• Be intentionally deceptive or harmful.

When using the Fimaflow API, you agree to:

• Respect published rate limits.
• Use authentication credentials securely.

We may temporarily or permanently limit API access to protect platform stability.

You may not intentionally consume excessive platform resources, including:

• Excessive automated requests.
• Resource-intensive workflows intended to disrupt the Services.

Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for managing:

• User permissions.
• API keys.
• Shared resources.
• Security practices within their organization.

They should ensure that all members comply with this policy.

Violation of this policy may result in one or more of the following actions:

• Warning.
• Temporary account restrictions.

• Workspace suspension.

• Removal of illegal or harmful content.
• Notification of relevant authorities where required by law.

Enforcement actions will be taken at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notifying users through the Services.
